2013 END POLIO NOW - Biking Taiwan
In the summer of 2013, 20 young people coming from Romania, Czech Republic, Poland, Switzerland, Indonesia, South Korea, Finland, the Netherlands, Hong Kong, Malaysia, and Taiwan, formed a biking team and ride 1200 km around Taiwan to fight against polio. There are still many people infected by polio in Africa and Southern Asia who desperately need our care and help. With the passion of International and Taiwanese young people, End Polio Now - Biking Taiwan 2013 Project hopes to fully support Rotary International D3500's END POLIO NOW Program, to help polio-endemic countries fulfill their dream of ending polio.
We hope this movement can raise more awareness for the eradicate polio campaign. And we also hope you can support us by LIKE us, subcirbe on the youtube and donates for END PILIO funds.

We Are This Close to Ending Polio
From 1985 Rotary International launches PolioPlus, the first and largest internationally coordinated private-sector support of a public health initiative, with an initial pledge of US$120 million.
In 2012 India surpasses an entire year without a recorded case of polio, and is taken off the polio endemic list. Only three countries remain polio endemic. Rotary surpasses its $200 Million Challenge fundraising goal more than five months earlier than planned.
